Soon you will see more places to secure your bikes while doing business or having fun in Waldo! The Waldo Community Improvement District purchased 10 custom-made bike racks complete with the historic Waldo logo. As the popularity of bicycle riding increases, we want to encourage and support those who peddle through the area. Two racks are already installed at habitat Restore, 303 W 79th St. and others will be strategically placed throughout the areas along Wornall Rd. and Gregory Blvd.
Additional locations for racks are: KCATA Parking lot- Gregory & Wornall Rd; Waldo Library- 201 E 75th St; Walgreens- 7500 Wornall Rd.; Price Chopper- 8430 Wornall Rd.; Center of Life Chiropractic- 336 W 75th St.; Chelly’s Café- 218 W 85th St.; and Governor Stumpy’s Grill House- 321 E Gregory Blvd.
