Taking the Old and Making It New

115 E Gregory Blvd115 E Gregory BlvdThe WABA Property Committee salutes landlords Terry Richardson and Richard Abloff for the
June “Waldo’s Best” honors. The two take it seriously when they develop a property and leave
very little to chance when seeking out tenants and contractors, and it has paid off at 115 E. Gregory Blvd., home of Chop Top Hair Company and Medusa Salon.

With the main focus on small businesses, they offer primarily a “build to suit” option while keeping each tenant’s unique needs in mind. “We give full credit to contractor Robert Massey of Building Trades for making this project such a success. He is truly a master of all trades,” Richardson emphasized. Massey uses materials salvaged from other sites to enhance the interior with his own smart, functional design. His crew worked on both the exterior and interior of the building. Initial facade design was done by Brad Satterwhite of Kem Studio.

From concrete and stucco work to upgraded HVAC systems; and from tongue-and-groove ceilings to solid core wood doors are just a few of the improvements that have been made. A relaxing deck/patio area is now featured, along with a breezeway where customers will be able to relax while experiencing great care from the two salons. Keep watching as more improvements are added in the coming months. Congratulations to Richard Abloff and Terry Richardson on receiving Waldo’s Best Award!
